  Tout est parfait : le goût, la texture, le choix, le prix,... Nous n'avons testé que 3 produits pour l'instant mais la prochaine commande est déjà passée et nous avons hâte de passer la prendre !

  Great experience with this team! The homemade vegan dishes are impressive—just as tasty as traditional options but feel much lighter and healthier. The staff is very friendly and genuinely welcomes feedback. Given the quality of the ingredients, the prices are totally fair. Definitely worth a visit!   It is a great and pleasant surprise to discover the excellent and very tasty recepies. I will order regularly, it provides complete and yummy meals for the whole family and parties! The stroganoff, vol-au-vent, lasagna, everything - never tasted nicer mousse au chocolat!!! Vegan??? For my health, it is an unhopped-for alternative in Brussels - I am just affraid not to have it always available, fingers crossed. And the service, the speed, flexibility and the gracious responses from all, from Federica!… just a dream! 😊 God bless and good luck!

  I regularly buy their products, whose quality, texture, and taste are amazing, in addition to being delicious !  They often offer new products or familiar dishes in vegan versions, which allows me to make wonderful culinary discoveries. I recommend you stop by their shop sometime!

  We had the pleasure of working with Vegan Butcher Choice for our child’s baptism, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious—many of our guests couldn’t believe it was entirely vegan! The variety, creativity, and quality of the dishes really stood out. The team was professional, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Een groot assortiment heerlijke artisanale producten

Bekroonde ribbetjes, worsten, ‘biefstuk’, mozzarella, hamburgers, cordon blue, spreads, vol-au-vegan, … om maar enkele van de vele plantaardige producten te noemen die wij in onze webshop aanbieden. Waarom shoppen bij ons? Omdat onze producten anders zijn dan wat je in de supermarkt vindt.

The Vegan Butcher’s Choice gaat in 2019 van start als Federica en Benoit besluiten de allereerste plantaardige ‘slagerij’ in België te lanceren. Gedreven door het doel om de vleesconsumptie te verminderen, willen we de wereld laten zien dat je vlees ‘alternatieven’ kunt hebben die rijk zijn aan voeding, lekker en divers zijn: we hebben voor ieder wat wils!

Vandaag is The Vegan Butcher een bekende producent van ambachtelijke “vleeswaren” en “kazen”, en een gewaardeerde traiteur in de hoofdstad Brussel. Tot onze best verkopende producten behoren vegan spek, bekroonde ribbetjes en zelfs bereide maaltijden.
