Smeer de hummus op de wrap.<br>2. Sauteer de chickn bites een paar minuten in een pan. Voeg de chickn bites, groentjes en zonnebloempitten toe aan de hummus.<br>3. Kook quinoa of rijst volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.<br>2. Bak de vegan steak 3-4 minuten per kant. Snijd de steak in reepjes als hij gaar is.<br>3. (bereidingstijd: 45 minuten &#8211; 1 uur) <\/em><\/p><p>Wat je nodig hebt:<br>&#8211; 200g <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.veganbutcher.be\/product\/vegan-minced-meat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vegan Butcher&#8217;s Choice Gehakt<\/a> ( <strong>eiwitten<\/strong>) <br>&#8211; Lasagnevellen ( <strong>koolhydraten<\/strong>)<br>&#8211; 500 gr tomatensaus<br>&#8211; 500 gr b\u00e9chamelsaus (romigheid)<br>&#8211; 200 g <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.veganbutcher.be\/product\/vegan-mozzarella\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vegan Butcher&#8217;s Mozzarella<\/a> ( <strong>smeltend en heerlijk, plus gezonde vetten<\/strong>) <br>&#8211; 1 ui, fijngesneden<br>&#8211; 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt<br>&#8211; 1 eetlepel olijfolie ( <strong>gezonde vetten<\/strong>)<br>&#8211; 1 theelepel oregano &amp; basilicum ( <strong>kruiden en aroma<\/strong>)<br>&#8211; 1\/2 kopje spinazie ( <strong>extra groente<\/strong>)<\/p><p>Hoe doe je het:<br>1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180\u00b0C <br>2. Bak de uien en knoflook in olijfolie tot ze zacht zijn. Fruit uien en knoflook in olijfolie tot ze zacht zijn. Voeg gehakt toe en bak 5 minuten. Roer de tomatensaus, oregano en basilicum erdoor en laat nog 5 minuten sudderen.<br>3. Als je geen kant-en-klare versie koopt, maak dan een snelle b\u00e9chamel met 100 gr veganistische boter + 50 gr bloem + 500 ml plantaardige melk. Voeg peper, nootmuskaat en zout naar smaak toe.<br>4. Leg in een ovenschaal lasagnevellen, bolognesesaus, b\u00e9chamel en spinazie. Herhaal dit voor 4 lagen en werk af met de vegan butcher mozzarella.<br>5.
