HAPPY STEAK

Our Happy steak is a versatile product. You can use it to make the Belgian classic ‘Steak-frites’, you can chop it in pieces to make carbonnades, or grind it in small pieces to make a seitan mince meat. Plenty of choice! We can deliver in a delicious marinade or nature.

The happy steak is based on seitan (gluten), red beans and chickpea flour.

Allergens: Contains soy, gluten, celery and sulphites. Produced in an establishment that uses also nuts (cashews).

CHICKEN HUGS

The texture of Chicken Hugs, in combination with carefully chosen flavours, pleases many. You can use it as a patty in burgers, cut in pieces in salads, wraps, soups and many other recipes. We can deliver in a delicious marinade or nature.

Chicken Hugs is based on seitan (gluten) and chickpeas.

I Heart Salami

Our salami is italian-inspired and will surprise you with a spicy pepper taste. It’s very popular in slices on pizza, but also as an apero snack in cubes. So it can be enjoyed in cold or warm dishes. We can deliver you either sliced or entire, big or small.

The salami is based on seitan (gluten).

Sweet Blue

One of our most popular products since the beginning, is our vegan blue cheese. It baffles even the most demanding cheese connaisseurs. It’s definitely something you have to taste, in combination with a glass of wine and other vegan cheeses. Also delicious melted on pizza, lasagna or in a blue cheese sauce with pasta. The cheese gets stronger as it gets older, so variations in taste may occur.

Sweet Blue is based on organic cashew nuts.

Melty Mozza

This ‘mozzarella-style’ vegan cheese is the ideal companion for your pizza, lasagna and croques. With a delicate touch of coconut and oregano this melting cheese will surprise your tastebuds.

Melty Mozza is based on soy milk, coconut milk, and coconut oil.

Allergens: Produced in an environment which uses also gluten, soy, celery and sulphites, nuts.

Vegan 'cream cheese' | Wraps

Our wraps are prepared with a generous layer of ‘cream cheese’, which is based on fermented cashewnuts. You will be surprised of the light, refreshing cheese taste! We also include some salty bacon, and fresh aromatic vegetables. A healthy and complete snack, which is full of taste. Our ‘cream cheese’ can also be used in pasta, on sandwiches, crackers, and other preparations.

Arancini

Arancini are Italian risotto balls which are fried. Arancini come in different flavours:

  • tomato-mozzarella
  • peas-bolognese
  • bacon-curcuma

You will be amazed!

Arancini are based on Risotto rice.

Bacon | Mini burger

Imagine the salty, smoked taste of bacon, in an organic spicy burger bread, combined with a Chicken Hugs patty, topped off with vegan mayo and tartare sauce. Not to forget some fresh vegetables ofcourse. Many go crazy for our bacon! Also to be enjoyed in salads, pasta, pizza, vegan eggs, and many other dishes.

The bacon is based on seitan (gluten). The burger buns are based on organic flour. The Chicken Hugs patty is based on seitan(gluten). The vegan mayo and tartare are all home made.
